Process
CUSTOM DESIGN OVERVIEW
1. We will conduct an initial consultation either in our studio, over the phone or by email. Upon receipt of your wording and design deposit (see pricing for deposit amounts), we will begin work on your custom designs. Your deposit will be applied to the total cost of your project.
2. Three custom designs will be presented to you digitally for review. You let us know what you love, what you would like to see changed, and which option you choose to move forward with.
3. Custom design quotes and a project contract will be e-mailed to you; quotes are good for 30 days.
4. A signed contract and 50% deposit are required to begin work.
5. Upon receipt of your signed contract and deposit, you will receive digital proofs of all printed materials. Up to three rounds of digital proofs are included. Additional rounds will be billed at $20 each.
6. Upon approval of digital proofs, a live proof will be available for pick-up or delivery.
7. Upon approval of your live proof, the final balance is due. Once received, all materials will be ordered and production will begin.
8. Your completed project will be available for pick-up or delivery in 3 - 7 weeks. Timing is determined based on the number of pieces ordered and the amount of production involved to complete your project.
